Triage customer requests

The bot sorts incoming requests by topic and urgency, drafts answers to standard questions and collects frequent questions for an FAQ.

Typical services

How it works

  1. Connect your support inbox or form.
  2. Add answers to common questions, such as delivery times, prices, returns.
  3. Get sorted requests with draft replies and approve them.

Starter prompt

Copy the prompt into your Grok bot and replace the parts in square brackets.

Sort the requests in my support inbox into: urgent, product or pricing question, complaint, other. Draft a reply for each, using only the information in [FAQ or document]. If you are not sure of the answer, write "please answer yourself" instead of guessing.

Things to watch out for

Only give the bot information customers may see, and do not let it decide on refunds or commitments. More on safety
