The bot finds invoices and receipts in your mailbox, names them consistently and files them by month. Your paperwork for taxes is already sorted.

How it works
- Connect your mailbox and a storage folder, such as Google Drive.
- Set a naming scheme, for example "2026-10_Company_Amount.pdf".
- File new receipts weekly and get a list of missing invoices.

Copy the prompt into your Grok bot and replace the parts in square brackets.
Every Friday, search my mailbox for new invoices and receipts from the week. Save the PDFs to my folder [folder] in a subfolder for the month and name them YYYY-MM-DD_Sender_Amount. Then send me a list of everything filed and point out emails that mention an invoice without attaching it.
