Triage your inbox every morning

The bot reads new mail, separates what matters from promotions and newsletters, and drafts replies for the messages that need one. You start the day with a short list instead of a full inbox.

Typical services

How it works

  1. Connect your mailbox with read access (Gmail or Outlook).
  2. Tell it what matters to you: clients, your manager, deadlines, specific senders.
  3. Get a summary each morning: "needs you today", "can wait", "can go".
  4. Review the drafts and send them yourself.

Starter prompt

Copy the prompt into your Grok bot and replace the parts in square brackets.

Every weekday at 7 am, go through my new emails. Sort them into three groups: needs a reply today, can wait, promotions or newsletters. Draft short replies in my tone for the first group, but do not send anything. Finish with a summary of no more than ten points.

Things to watch out for

Let the bot write drafts only, without sending or deleting anything, until you trust it. More on safety
